Who is Honkai Star Rail’s Fu Xuan? Currently, Honkai Star Rail’s Fu Xuan is the most mysterious of all the characters. Hoyoverse hasn’t confirmed any information on her, she doesn’t appear on the official Honkai Star Rail website, and we’ve only had a brief glimpse of her during the Honkai Star Rail TGS PV trailer and the final beta trailer.
However, this official Hoyolab post describes her as the head of the Xianzhou Luofu’s Divination Commision. She’s a confident and blunt sage who uses her third eye and the Matrix of Prescience to calculate the Xianzhou’s route, while also predicting the fortune of future events. She’s dedicated to finding the best solution for every situation, and is waiting for the general’s promised ‘abdication’, though it seems that day is still very far away.
What’s the best Honkai Star Rail Fu Xuan build? So far, the only details we have on Fu Xuan’s build is that she’s a five-star character who deals quantum damage and treads the path of The Preservation. Characters from The Preservation path have powerful defensive capabilities and excel at protecting their allies. As such, it looks like Fu Xuan is going to be a tank character.
What’s the best Honkai Star Rail Fu Xuan light cone? All Honkai Star Rail characters have their own light cone that compliments their personal skills. As such, we believe we’ll see a limited Fu Xuan light cone run in a banner alongside hers.

Currently, Genius of Brilliant Stars is the only relic set that boosts quantum damage. It also bypasses enemy defence when your target is weak to quantum damage. As such, we think it’s safe to say that this will help boost Fu Xuan’s personal damage dramatically.
Alternatively, as her path indicates that she’ll likely be a tanky character with shielding abilities, Guard of Wuthering Snow and Knight of Purity Palace could also benefit her.
