Who is Honkai Star Rail’s Qingque? Qingque is a Diviner in the Divination Commission, who originally took the job to please her parents, and now makes plenty of time to slack off and play tiles while on the clock.
She’s affiliated with the Xianzhou Luofo, the Xianzhou Alliance’s warship. The Alliance is one of the factions in Honkai Star Rail, and we get to visit the ship as the second area in the game.
It’s assumed that Qingque follows the Erudition path, out of the seven available choices, and is the Quantum type. Her kit will therefore focus on AoE damage, and targeting multiple foes at once.
Qingque has the Celestial Jade mechanism and gains a buff to her normal attack each time she draws four tiles of the same colour.
What’s the best Honkai Star Rail Qingque build? Qingque’s element is quantum, making her the third playable character that uses the element so far. As for her build, we’ll fill this guide with information as soon as we have a chance to test her out in the beta.

Celestial Jade At the beginning of an ally’s turn, Qingque draws a tile. She can hold up to four tiles at once. If four of the same suit are held, she will enter the Concealed Kong state which buffs her attack and enhances her basic attack. This state will end when an enhanced basic attack is performed.
To Challenge Myself After using this skill, Qingque will draw two jade tiles at the beginning of a battle.

Catnap Time, Right on the Chequer Each time Draw Tile is triggered, Qingque regenerates one energy.
Focus on the Tiles, Relying on the Draw Increases Qingque’s ultimate level by 2. Maximum level is 15. Her talent level is raised by 2, with a maximum of 15.
Felicitous Combo, the Final Tile Awaits After using her skill, Qingque uses an additional basic attack in the next instance.
Self-Drawn Tiles, Luck All Spurned Increases Qingque’s skill level by 2. Maximum level is 15, and her basic attack level by 1, up to a maximum of 10.
Calm and Serene, Ready for the Win During an enemy’s turn, Qingque has a 65% chance to draw a jade tile.
Who are Honkai Star Rail Qingque’s voice actors? Two of Qingque’s voice actors have been confirmed, they’re Bryn Apprill in English and Arisa Date in the Japanese dub. Hoyoverse will add more actors to the roster as the game gets going.
