Will there be a Honkai Star Rail livestream? With the massive popularity of the Genshin Impact update livestreams, it’s a fair question to ask whether Honkai Star Rail will get the same treatment. The Honkai Star Rail release date isn’t quite here yet, and we’re still riding the hype train of the last Honkai Star Rail beta, but we’ve yet to see any announcements from Hoyoverse regarding a Honkai Star Rail livestream.
However, considering how huge the game is already and how many Trailblazers are queuing up to hop aboard, we think it’s pretty likely that Hoyoverse will give HSR the Genshin treatment come its full release, with a livestream to announce the changes coming in each of the future updates. Of course, as soon as we find out more, we’ll be sure to add it to this guide.
When is the next Honkai Star Rail update? The final closed beta is live as of February 10, 2023, and brings with it a lot of new updates and fresh content since the previous beta. We doubt we’ll see any major updates throughout the course of the beta period, though it’s likely that Hoyoverse will continue to drip-feed us new characters, banners, and events as we go along. As betas are focused on testing and patching up content prior to a game’s full release, we also expect plenty of bug fixes over the next few weeks.
Who are the new characters in the latest Honkai Star Rail update? The latest beta brings us several new characters that we hadn’t met during our last trailblazing adventure. They are:
Honkai Star Rail’s Tingyun Honkai Star Rail’s Bailu Honkai Star Rail’s Yanqing Honkai Star Rail’s Qingque
Is there a new region in the latest Honkai Star Rail update? The latest beta ushers in the addition of a new planet, where we can continue our journey after completing the main story quests on Jarilo-VI.
We don’t know much about this new area yet, but due to Tingyun, Bailu, Yanqing, and Qingque joining the roster, we believe it’s likely to be the Xianzhou Luofu, as that’s the world they’re all affiliated with. Xianzhou Luofu is one of the six Flagships of the Xianzhou Alliance that ‘sails like a one-way arrow through the galaxy’. Of course, we’ll be sure to update this guide as soon as we get to this new world ourselves.
